What are my delivery options?
We are delighted to offer a number of delivery options:

UK Standard Delivery - Royal Mail Tracked(2-3 working days from dispatch/ 4-5 days from order placed) £3.95

UK Next-Day Delivery (guaranteed next working day + same-day dispatch) - Special Delivery or DPD Courier   £6.95

What areas do you deliver to?

UK Standard Delivery and UK Next Day Delivery services are available to all areas of the UK, including Northern Ireland and the islands, unless other stated on the relevant product page.
Please note;All bottles of Alcohol are only available for UK delivery.

European Delivery (5 - 7 working days)  -  Royal Mail Tracked Delivery  
  • European Delivery is currently available for the following countries only: R.O.Ireland, France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg. For other European countries, please call our team for a delivery quote.
International Delivery (14 working days)  - Royal Mail Airsure Standard Delivery Not Tracked  
Please note;International Deliveries are currently limited to;Australia,Canada,New Zealand and USA.

What is the cut off time for next day deliveries?
UK Next Day Delivery your order must be placed before 12.00pm. Orders placed on Friday before 12.00pm will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 12.00pm on Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.

What if I need to cancel my order?

We appreciate that it is sometimes necessary to cancel an order.You will need to email us immediately and let us know the details of your order.However orders that have entered the production process and been personalised cannot be cancelled.

What happens if I have made a spelling mistake or got the punctuation wrong?

Again you need to email us as soon as you realise that there is an error in the personalisation. However orders that have entered the production process and been personalised cannot be cancelled.

Need to change the  delivery address?

We understand that mistakes happen,wrong address,post code etc.Email us as soon as you realise and if the order hasn't yet been dispatched we will amend it for you.

The Personalisation box isn't long enough for my message?

Unfortunately all our gift message boxes are optimised by our designers so that they look their best.On that basis we are unable to add any additional characters.Can we suggest that you look for an alternative gift with a longer personalisation box.

What happens if my gift is delivered broken or damaged?

We naturally want you to be delighted with the personalised gift that you have ordered.If for some reason you do receive a damaged product please email us immediately.We would ask that you attach a picture of the product and your comments so that we can assess what course of action to take.Once verified,we will either send out a replacement or offer a refund including delivery.

What happens if there is a spelling mistake on my personalised gift?

We naturally want you to be delighted with the personalised gift that you have ordered.If for some reason you do receive a product with a spelling mistake please email us immediately.We would ask that you attach a picture of the product and your comments so that we can assess what course of action to take.Our gifts are bespoke so our machines only print the text that has been has been supplied.

I've placed an order with you but not received any email confirmation?

Order confirmations are sent out automatically after you have placed your order.If for some reason you do not receive an email from us please check your Spam or Junk mail box in case it has ended up in there.
Failing that please email us at your earliest opportunity.
